Refund Policy

General Policy

All sales made through StarseedFX are final. Due to the nature of digital products and services, we do not offer refunds once access to the content or community has been granted.

Smart Trading Tool Purchases

The Smart Trading Tool is sold exclusively through MQL5.com. All sales are final, and MQL5.com does not offer refunds for purchases. Upon purchase, you will receive a license that permits installation on up to five (5) computers, including VPS, laptops, and desktops.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of technical issues preventing access to our services, please contact us at support@starseedfx.com within seven (7) days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue but are under no obligation to provide a refund.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us is considered a violation of this Refund Policy. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services in such cases.
